Job:
Part-Time LPN- Primarily Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM) Additional nightshift (10:00 PM-6:00 AM) coverage may be required on an as-needed basis, including coverage for call-offs, vacations, or other staffing needs.
Qualifications:
Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification as required. Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred. Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Compassionate and respectful approach to working with older adults. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and respond appropriately to changing resident needs. We are looking for an LPN who is reliable, compassionate, clinically competent, and committed to providing excellent resident care. The successful candidate will be someone who works well with others, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents.
