Job:

Part-Time LPN

• Primarily Afternoon Shift (2:00 PM-10:00 PM) Additional nightshift (10:00 PM-6:00 AM) coverage may be required on an as-needed basis, including coverage for call-offs, vacations, or other staffing needs.

Candidates should be dependable and willing to provide occasional flexibility in their schedule when staffing needs arise.

Qualifications:

Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Ohio. Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification as required. Previous experience in assisted living, long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatric nursing preferred. Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential. Compassionate and respectful approach to working with older adults. Ability to prioritize responsibilities and respond appropriately to changing resident needs. We are looking for an LPN who is reliable, compassionate, clinically competent, and committed to providing excellent resident care. The successful candidate will be someone who works well with others, communicates effectively, and understands the importance of maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our residents. Pay:

Starting rate is $27.04/hour. Shift Differential, Holiday Pay. The first step increase will take place 6 months from the start date.

• 1 for Afternoons (2pm
• 10pm) / as needed Midnight (10pm
• 6am).

About Us:

The Washington County Home is the most unique facility in the county which sits on almost 300 acres of land. We are increasing our farm-to-table approach, including vegetables from our garden, beef from our cattle, and eggs from our chickens. Our facility is run as an assisted living facility and is governed by the county commissioners. The facility can hold 60 residents and we are thoughtful with each admission, ensuring the individual will be a good fit with our current population.
