Centerville Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Night Shift Weekend Warrior Supervisor. This full-time role is perfect for a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting both residents and staff during weekend night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support nursing staff throughout weekend night shifts Ensure high-quality, resident-centered care is consistently delivered Respond promptly to resident and staff needs Coordinate workflow and delegate assignments effectively Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies Communicate clearly with interdisciplinary teams and leadership Manage emergencies and make sound clinical decisions Complete all assigned duties accurately and efficiently

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required) Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team
