Full-Time, 10-Hour Night Shifts About the Facility NurseAmerica is seeking an experienced RN Shift Supervisor to oversee night operations at a physician-owned, 18-bed specialty hospital in Edmond, OK. Boasting a 4.9 Google review rating, top-percentile Press-Ganey patient satisfaction scores, and a low-volume Level 4 ER (~30 visits/month), this facility offers leadership in a focused environment. Role Overview & Key Responsibilities Lead night-shift clinical operations, overseeing staffing allocations, patient throughput, and clinical safety. Serve as the administrative and clinical point of contact during night hours, supporting bedside RNs and CNAs. Manage patient care escalations, liaise with physician owners, and uphold strict care standards. Maintain strict adherence to regulatory, infection control, and facility policies. Qualifications Active Oklahoma or Compact RN License; BSN preferred. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum 3 years of acute care clinical experience with prior charge nurse or leadership responsibilities.Compensation, Ratios & Benefits Target Pay:
$44.00 - $52.00 / hour.Work Environment Ratios:
1:3 to 1:4 general staffing ratio (1:1 for ICU care).Incentives:
Hiring bonus possible; Relocation bonus up to $5,000; Referral bonus up to $500.Health Benefits:
