Job Description

Ohana Ventures is a premier senior living company that is seeking a Registered Nurse that would be responsible for establishing and maintaining a high quality of care service and standards for their local Springfield community, Carlty Gardens Memory Care. This role would follow policies and procedures; promoting the health and well being of each resident; and directing the training program for clinical staff. As well as auditing and reviewing the communities clinical services regularly to ensure they are meeting and exceeding Ohana standards, assistance in the training and mentoring of unlicensed staff and oversight of the day to to day clinical needs in collaboration with the director of health services.   • Giving goodness, and grace, to others RN Responsibilities (include not limited to): Delegation of tasks per Oregon rules and regulations Teaching tasks to unlicensed staff Assessment of residents quarterly or with change of condition Establish and implementing treatment plans Communicate with collaborating physicians or Home Health/Hospice Educate residents and staff about health maintenance and disease prevention Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities Maintain accurate resident records Provide advice and support to residents and their families
Qualifications:
Previous experience in long term care preferred Familiarity with medical software and equipment Ability to build rapport with residents Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
From $35.00 per hour
