•RN to lead and oversee the delivery of exceptional nursing care within our long-term care community. In this vital role, you will ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, manage clinical operations, and foster a resident-centered environment that promotes dignity, safety, and well-being. Your leadership will inspire a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to deliver top-quality services while maintaining the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence. Duties Provide comprehensive nursing leadership across assisted living, memory care, and long-term care settings, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations including Medicare and HIPAA standards. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans that prioritize residents' rights, medical needs, and personal preferences. Supervise nursing staff through effective management, mentoring, and supervision of shifts to ensure optimal staffing levels and quality care delivery. Oversee clinical documentation review, medical records management, and accurate data entry within EMR (Electronic Medical Records) and EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems. Ensure regulatory compliance by conducting audits, maintaining documentation review processes, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate resident care, including assessments related to physiology and anatomy knowledge for accurate treatment planning. Lead staff training on topics such as medical terminology, long-term care regulations, resident's rights, and HIPAA compliance to foster a knowledgeable team committed to excellence. Requirements Valid RN license with active state licensure required; experience in nursing administration preferred. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in a healthcare setting; proven ability to manage care facility teams effectively. Extensive assisted living experience along with background in nursing home, home health, hospice care or acute care environments. Familiarity with MDS (Minimum Data Set), Medicare regulations, and long-term care facility standards. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, and documentation review processes. Experience working with EMR/EHR systems for patient records management; understanding of regulatory compliance requirements such as HIPAA and long-term care regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead staff meetings, train teams on best practices, and ensure resident advocacy through understanding of residents' rights.
