Clinical Manager (RN) - Home Care BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Blairsville, PA Adult Nursing Home Care Office as a Clinical Manager . This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced RN to combine clinical expertise with leadership while supporting adult clients and mentoring a team of dedicated field nurses. Highlights Bonus potential Paid weekly Comprehensive benefits package Monday-Friday schedule with a hybrid work setting Career advancement and leadership growth opportunities As a Clinical Manager, you will: Lead, inspire, and motivate clinical staff to provide exceptional pediatric care. Conduct client assessments and supervisory visits throughout Somerset and Cambria Counties . Develop individualized adult care plans and oversee their implementation. Supervise, coach, and support nursing staff in the field. Facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding for new nurses. Coordinate ongoing training, mentorship, and in-services for field clinicians. Serve as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families while promoting quality outcomes and exceptional patient care. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Minimum of 2 years of RN experience. Home care experience preferred. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
