Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of PA . Previous nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility (SNF), nursing home, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting . Must have at least 1 Year of experience Basic computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR). Previous leadership, charge nurse, supervisory, or unit manager experience preferred. CPR/BLS certificationResponsibilities:
Review patient medical records and clinical documentation to determine appropriateness and medical necessity of services.
