Job Description

AccentCare is seeking an RN Clinical Director to lead clinical operations within our biotechnology and pharmaceutical-focused care programs. In this role, you will oversee nursing teams, ensure regulatory and quality compliance, and coordinate evidence-based patient care pathways. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to integrate innovative therapies, support protocol-driven care, and monitor clinical outcomes. The RN Clinical Director will mentor staff, optimize workflows, and champion a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and professional development aligned with AccentCare's mission. Responsibilities Lead and manage nursing and clinical staff across assigned programs Oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards Develop, implement, and monitor clinical protocols and workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new therapies and services Track and analyze clinical outcomes and quality metrics for improvement Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to clinical staff Coordinate staff education and training on best practices and new procedures Participate in budgeting and resource allocation for clinical services Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement Required Skills Clinical operations management Nursing leadership Regulatory and compliance knowledge Quality improvement and outcomes measurement Care coordination and case management Policy and protocol development Electronic health records (EHR) proficiency Performance management and staff development Risk management and patient safety Data analysis and reporting
