As a professional member of the health care team, the ideal candidate is responsible for providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a physician and/or registered nurse. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN's) handles the med carts and direct care of residents. They are the Charge Nurse for their hallway, overseeing CNA's. They work as a team with their hall CNA's and RN Supervisors.
