RN Unit Manager Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is passionate about providing quality resident care while supporting and leading a nursing team. Position Overview The RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations on the assigned unit, ensuring quality resident care, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff on the assigned unit Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality resident care Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate follow-up Assist with care planning, assessments, and clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians, residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members Provide guidance, education, and support to nursing staff Monitor staffing, scheduling, and unit operations Ensure compliance with facility policies, state and federal regulations, and nursing standards Address resident and family concerns professionally and promptly Promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment Qualifications Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing required Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to lead and motivate a nursing team Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care Why Join Horsham Center for Jewish Life?
