Centre Oral & Facial Surgery, an accredited Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice in State College, is accepting resumes for a full-time nurse Supervisor. We are a small, close knit surgical facility. We are busy but we are not a volume, production driven surgical practice. There are no night, weekend or on-call requirements. Our office is closed during major holidays. We are seeking a caring, reliable, self-motivated, detail-oriented team member, who can multi-task. An ideal candidate is a nurse who is experienced with outpatient surgical environments and is ready to move on from the daily grind of high volume, stressful, large health care facilities. Additionally, it will be an individual who is at a point in their nursing career where work-life balance takes on greater importance. We will hire based on character, congeniality and work ethic. Most of our employees have been with us for many years so the next hire must be the right fit for our office. The job description includes but not limited to assisting the doctor during consults and surgical phase of care, coordinate care with other medical and dental providers, ordering and monitoring inventory, routine inspection of medical equipment and ensuring proper working order.
