Community Relations Manager - Nurse (RN)

We're hiring a Community Relations Manager (RN preferred) to work with referral partners, guide families, and support our homes clinically. This is a relationship driven role where your clinical judgment matters. You'll be involved in care oversight, not just conversations. What the role looks like

• Building relationships with referral partners

• Overseeing med pass delegation
