Our team provides home health services (skilled nursing care, rehabilitation therapy and social work services) to thousands of residents located in the Ventura, Los Angeles, Orange and Riverside County areas. Los Robles is currently looking for a passionate individual to fill our RN/Registered Nurse Clinical Supervisor Position. The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring through teamwork -- with the support of Intake and clinical management -- that patient care is coordinated and managed appropriately. The Clinical Supervisor plans, implements and evaluates patient care for appropriateness, all while assisting the management of direct contact with doctors, doctors' staff members, case managers, and our very own field staff.
RN/REGISTERED NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES
Assesses and supervises the delivery of nursing services. Reviews patient's clinical diagnosis, medications, procedures and clinical course. Ensures compliance with all professional, State and Federal regulations and practices.
RN/REGISTERED NURSE QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse (Bachelor or Associate Degree) with at least two years of clinical experience (E.g. home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility) Demonstrates ability to supervise and direct administrative personnel Current State license, CPR certification and valid driver's license (local travel required up to 30% of the time) Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills Highly organized and ability to work independently Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds MUST be a licensed Registered Nurse
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
: Must have High School diploma, or equivalent. Possess a minimum of two (2) years related medical office experience. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Data entry skills. Flexible with the capacity to respond and adjust easily to changing work demands and circumstances.
