Responsibilities Oversee the nursing staff and manage shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs on the floor. Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure effective patient treatment. Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Handle patient complaints and incidents, including the initiation of emergency responses.
