Job Description

CareRite Centers seeks an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehab center. This role oversees nursing staff, coordinates resident care, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance overnight. Responsibilities include supervising LPNs, RNs, and CNAs; completing assessments; managing medications and treatments; responding to changes in condition; and supporting admissions and discharges. The supervisor models compassionate, resident-centered care, mentors team members, and contributes to a positive, collaborative, and hospitality-driven environment focused on strong clinical and satisfaction outcomes. Responsibilities Supervise and support LPNs, RNs, and CNAs during the night shift Deliver and oversee resident assessments, treatments, and medication administration Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and procedures Coordinate resident care plans and effective shift-to-shift communication Oversee night-shift staffing, assignments, and workflow prioritization Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system Promote a resident-centered, compassionate, and hospitality-focused culture Collaborate with daytime leadership on quality initiatives and performance improvement Educate, mentor, and coach nursing staff to uphold best practices and standards Required Skills Clinical nursing assessment Medication administration Care planning and documentation Wound care and treatment skills Infection control practices Staff supervision and scheduling Electronic Health Records (EHR) proficiency Fall prevention and safety management Regulatory and compliance knowledge Emergency response and crisis management
