Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse or Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a LVN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and support within our medical facility.

Duties:

• Perform venipuncture and administer medications as prescribed
• Assist with tube feeding and monitor patients' nutritional needs
• Take and record vital signs accurately
• Provide primary care to patients under the supervision of physicians or registered nurses
• Adhere to hospital standards and protocols for patient care
• Assist in coding and maintaining accurate medical records
• Ability to lift and move patients when necessary
• Proficient in catheterization procedures
• Familiarity with medical imaging processes

Requirements:

• Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice (TX)
• Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a hospital environment
• Strong understanding of medical procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in patient care documentation
