Job Summary Directs effective operations for the Medical Surgery unit, with 24 hours responsibility for all clinical, human resources and business functions. Supports the leadership agenda for the nursing department of Shannon. Qualifications Education

• Required High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent Completion of an accredited nursing program

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in

Nursing Experience:

• Preferred Two years of experience in Long Term Care as a

Supervisor Certification/Licensure:

• Required Registered Nurse (RN), with authorization to practice in the State of Texas Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
