LVN or RN Charge Nurse Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) Charge Nurse to provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day nursing activities of your assigned unit Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and dignity Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and effective communication Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and services
