Job Description

Patient Care Oversight:
Assess patient needs, ensure individualized care plans are implemented, and monitor treatment delivery
Clinical Duties:
Administer medications and treatments per policy; receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders when permitted
Quality & Safety:
Enforce infection control standards, maintain patient safety, and address any urgent clinical or operational issues
Communication:
Liaise with physicians, administrators, and family members; ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
Documentation:
Ensure accurate, timely charting and compliance with electronic health record requirements
Licensure :
Active RN license in
Texas Experience :
Minimum 3 years as an
RN Skills :
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities; proficiency with EMR systems
