Monday-Saturdays Reports to: COO About TRS Health TRS Health is a nonprofit community clinic in Stafford, TX providing affordable primary care to the Greater Houston area. Visits are $50 on a sliding scale. Insurance is accepted but never required, and we don't turn patients away. About the role TRS Health is looking for a full-time Office & Clinic Manager who is also a licensed RN. This is a dual leadership role: you'll manage the daily operations of the clinic while providing clinical leadership and hands-on support when needed. You'll supervise clinical support staff, oversee front-office operations, and serve as the main link between the clinical team and clinic leadership. What success looks like
  • Lead conversion. Inbound leads are consistently followed up on and converted into scheduled appointments.
  • Operational excellence and patient satisfaction. The clinic runs smoothly and consistently, and patients have a positive experience from first contact through their visit. Responsibilities Operations
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, and administrative workflows
  • Manage front-office and phone operations, including lead follow-up and patient scheduling
  • Handle staff scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll preparation
  • Maintain clinic systems and reporting, including EHR administration Clinical
  • Supervise and provide clinical leadership to medical assistants and clinical support staff
  • Step into direct patient care as needed, including intake and patient follow-up
  • Support providers by managing tasks that don't require a provider's license, keeping patient flow moving Qualifications Required
  • Active Texas RN license
  • Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory clinic setting
  • Prior experience in a leadership or management role, including staff supervision Preferred
  • BSN
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Experience with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks a plus)
  • Experience in a small or nonprofit clinic setting
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 48.0 per week
