We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team at Avir at Park in Wichita Falls, TX. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that align with organizational goals and standards Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of patient care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote positive patient outcomes Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and unit activities
Requirements:
Current RN/LVN licensure in the state of Texas Minimum 0 years of experience in a similar role Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Excellent clinical and problem-solving skills
