Inova Mt. Vernon Hospital is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse Unit Supervisor to join the Behavioral Health team. This role will be full-time day shift 7:00 am

• 7:00 pm with a rotating weekend.

The new 20-bed unit is designed with the specific needs of this specialized population in mind. Additionally, the current behavioral health unit was also upgraded and modernized. Minimum Qualifications:

Certification

• Basic Life Support; Completion of a revised Charge Nurse workshop within 3 months of hire Licensure
• Licensed Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia Experience
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse Education
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or Associate's Degree RN within 1 year of completing their BSN)

Preferred Qualifications:

Inpatient Psychiatric experience preferred Previous leadership/charge experience preferred
