Weekend Nurse Supervisor LPN or RN

•Be the Heart of Skilled Care! Fairmont Crossing Health and Rehab Center | Amherst, VA Pay rate range based on experience:

LPN:

pay rate range: $35.00 per hour

•$37.00 per hour

RN:

pay rate range: $39.00 per hour

•$42.00 per hour Weekends Friday, Saturday and Sunday 7:00 pm

What You'll Do:

Provide leadership and clinical oversight to nursing staff Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance Support team members with guidance, training, and problem-solving Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal resident outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and promote a positive work environment

Requirements:

Active Virginia LPN or RN license Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred CPR/BLS Certification Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 25 or more pounds Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended time periods Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care Your next shift could change a life.
