The Inpatient Care Nurse Manager will lead a dynamic medical surgical unit at a 300 bed facility offering the latest technologies and advanced therapies. As a Visiting Clinician Programs location, the hospital provides valuable exposure to evolving clinical practices, collaborative learning, and complex inpatient care. This medical unit serves a diverse patient population, creating opportunities to strengthen nursing practice, improve throughput, enhance safety, and shape the future of med surg care.

Reporting to senior nursing leadership, the Med Surg Nurse Manager will receive strong administrative and clinical support while overseeing daily operations, staffing, quality improvement, patient experience, regulatory readiness, budgeting, and team development. This nursing leader will collaborate with friendly nurses and a diverse healthcare professional team that includes physicians, advanced practice providers, pharmacy, case management, rehabilitation, social work, and ancillary services.
