Notes about this role: this is an LPN Office position for our Portsmouth, VA branch. This is a Monday thru Friday 8:30
  • 5:00 pm position.
The salary is DOE, and is an hourly role. 50 a mile Employee recognition program Unlimited potential for growth An extensive and tailored employee orientation led by clinicians Job Summary The LPN In Office Role is responsible for assisting with Intake, Schedulers, Account Executives, and community partners as needed. Your work environment will be generally fast paced, and we are looking for a person to come in eager to learn and help us grow our busy office. Responsibilities Helping to review home health referrals for orders for home health care services Attaching or updating orders as needed Contacting doctor's offices, clinics, PCP's, or hospitals for follow up orders as needed Attcaching labs or ordering labs as needed Help tracking referrals as needed Help answer telephone calls and connecting them to the right clinicians or managers Qualifications A minimum of two years experience as an LPN or in the medical setting Must be a licensed LPN in good standing Strongly prefer home health experience Ability to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines Ability and desire to work in an office environment Commonwealth Home Care "The Standard of Care from People Who Care" We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
