StoneSprings Hospital Center in Dulles, VA is seeking an RN Clinical Coordinator for Pre-Op to lead and coordinate pre-operative nursing care. In this role, you will oversee patient assessments, consents, and readiness for surgery while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesia, and perioperative teams. You'll support and mentor staff, promote evidence-based practice, and drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives within a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values learning and work-life balance.
