What You'll Do:
As our RN Unit Manager , you'll be the heartbeat of your unit — guiding your team, advocating for residents, and ensuring top-tier care every step of the way. This is your chance to lead boldly, grow professionally, and be part of something meaningful.
Your Day-to-Day:
Champion quality care and ensure residents thrive Mentor and support nursing staff (LPNs, CNAs) Collaborate with families, doctors, and care teams Keep documentation sharp, accurate, and timely Drive compliance, safety, and infection control protocols
What We're Looking For:
Licensed RN in Virginia 2+ years in long-term care/SNF (management experience a big plus!) Strong leadership and communication skills A calm, confident problem-solver with a heart for elder care
