RN Unit Manager The successful candidate will receive a $5000 sign on bonus along with a very generous compensation, benefits and PTO package & 401K with employer contribution!! Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in scenic Bennington, VT, is actively seeking an experienced RN Nurse Manager for our skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have prior experience coordinating delivery of care in a long-term care setting. A current VT Registered Nurse license is required. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating care on our Subacute/HD Unit.

DUTIES:

Meet the nursing medical needs of all residents Responsible for Wound/Skin Rounds weekly Assist with compliance and ensure effective communication with all levels of nursing staff Evaluate the outcome of practice and standards of care Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of general nursing theory and practice Responsible for the accurate and timely completion of medical records and documentation Assist with interviewing, hiring and orientation of new nursing staff to the unit Staff oversight and coordination of care for the unit Maintain flexibility with work schedule to address unpredictable needs

REQUIREMENTS

Current VT RN license required Min. 3 yrs. exp. in Long-Term Care settings 2 years management experience preferred Ability to work in a self-directed manner and in a team environment Excellent Communication Skills required Evidence of basic leadership skills and supervision Flexible hours required Crescent Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a charming, well-maintained, 90-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Bennington, VT.
