4 years recent Acute Care Hospital experience Position Overview The RN House Supervisor will provide overnight nursing leadership and hospital-wide operational oversight , ensuring safe and efficient patient care throughout the facility. This role requires an experienced RN who can make sound decisions independently, manage competing priorities, support clinical staff, and effectively respond to patient, staffing, and operational issues during the night shift.

Requirements:
