About the Role As a Resident Care Manager , you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring residents receive outstanding care while helping guide and support the nursing team. What You'll Be Doing Ensure resident rooms are clean, safe, comfortable, and prepared upon admission. Coordinate equipment, supplies, and services needed for new admissions. Serve as an important point of contact for residents and their families. Conduct and coordinate admission assessments. Initiate and oversee interdisciplinary care planning. Communicate admissions, transfers, and significant clinical changes to department leaders. Coordinate required documentation and admission paperwork. Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records. Support survey readiness and participate during regulatory surveys. Assist with resident care management, quality initiatives, and clinical oversight. Mentor, coach, and support nursing staff.
