Position Purpose The Resident Care Coordinator (RCC) serves as the operational leader and care coordinator for Longhouse Canyon Park, a 15-resident assisted living memory care household. This position provides direct leadership to approximately 16-20 HCAs/CNAs while coordinating resident care, household operations, staff development, regulatory compliance, and family satisfaction. The RCC is responsible for translating Longhouse's mission and standards into daily practice by ensuring residents receive exceptional dementia-focused care, staff are supported and accountable, and the household operates at the highest level of quality, safety, and efficiency. This position is a key member of the household leadership team and works in close partnership with the Associate Director/RN to achieve clinical, operational, and organizational goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum two years of experience in assisted living, memory care, senior services, or healthcare. 1+ years' experience leading, training, or supervising staff. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Ability to work independently and problem solve effectively. Commitment to resident-centered care. Ability to pass a background check. Preferred Memory care leadership experience. Assisted living supervisory experience. Experience with PointClickCare. Experience in quality assurance and compliance monitoring. CNA or HCA credential.

EDUCATION

One of the following: Associate Degree in Healthcare, Human Services, Business Administration, Social Services, or related field; or Bachelor's Degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.

CERTIFICATIONS

Required or ability to obtain: Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA)
