We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Nurse Manager to join our dedicated team. The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing and directing the activities of patient care and work together with other members of the leadership team to formulate and implement goals for patient care. The Nurse Manager trains and supervises all program staff including Program Specialist and RNs to ensure the highest level of care is achieved. Bring your skills and expertise to develop our staff while also providing physical and psychological support for patients and families.Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors or Masters Degree preferred specializing in nursing. Additional experience may be considered in place of a completed bachelors degree on the basis of two years of experience for each education year.Experience:
Management experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.Licensure:
RN must have license to practice by state board of nursing.Additional Requirements:
