What you will do:
Under the supervision of the DON, you'll assume responsibility and accountability for assigned core programs Responsible for all infection control monitoring, tracking, and prevention Make frequent rounds to ensure nursing staff are following their assigned duties and redirect as necessary Ensure the nursing stations are well organized, cleaned, and stocked appropriately Participate in development and implementation of resident specific care plans Any other tasks as directed by the DON Complete resident treatments as needed Maintain clean and orderly med room on unit Attend meetings as required Assess and implement care plans for all residents Work closely with other departments to coordinate care for residents Must have: Current Washington LPN license without any enforcement action against it Minimum one year in a supervisory role in a skilled nursing setting preferred Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations and guidelines that pertain to nursing care facilities.
