CentraState Medical Center has an employment opportunity available for a Diet Clerk. This critical role assures that all patient menus are correct and adjusted according to specific diet orders and that all menus are present and recorded. Additionally, the Diet Clerk provides food counts to Production. Responsibilities Accurately takes verbal diet order adjusting menu selection to meet order intent.

Provides food count to the production area to assure patient satisfaction and food availability.

Accurately tracks patients meals and service times to ensure meal provision.

Maintains accurate records and tracks patient movement to assure proper provision of food trays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous food service experience in a healthcare institution preferred. Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team. Compensation Range:

$16.00 - $25.60 per hour The compensation above reflects the established range from CentraState Healthcare System (CSHS) for this position at the time the job was posted.
