Role Description Come join us for a challenging and rewarding, clinician-led Eating Disorder IOP and OP job position. This hybrid role, based in Scottsdale, AZ, allows some flexibility for work-from-home, and has some socially connecting and recovery-supportive in person requirements. As an Eating Disorder Nutrition Provider with Healthy Futures, you will participate as an integral part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team, providing regular input on patient cases, treatment planning, and discharge planning. You will be responsible for providing nutritional guidance and support to individuals with eating disorders, as well as facilitating groups. Responsibilities include conducting nutrition assessments, developing and implementing personalized nutrition plans, delivering nutrition education, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client recovery and well-being. Seeking available nutritional provider with at least 1 year experience in eating disorder specific treatment. We are looking for availability 3 days/nights per week from 10-30 flexible hours weekly -no weekends unless requested by contractor. This is an independent contractor position working primarily with primarily adults and some teens. No weekend IOP groups, and services are hybrid to include both In Person and Virtual. Provider sets weekly individual session schedule availability. Conducts nutrition assessments, exploring nutritional history and risk, weight, and eating disorder behaviors. Position includes conducting regular individual nutrition sessions, family nutrition sessions, group education, and group meal support/experientials. Can formulate individualized meal and nutritional care plans and eating disorder behavior goals. Includes a flexible philosophy that can incorporate medical model eating disorder work, emotional eating/Health At Every Size style approach, and other creative approaches - ability to customize care based on the patient needs, as facility has various specialty programs. Pay is competitive and depends on experience. Qualifications Strong background in Dietetics and Nutrition Proficiency in Nutrition Education and experience working with food and beverage planning Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with clients and a multidisciplinary team Ability to develop personalized, client-focused nutrition strategies Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) are preferred, DTR, CN, and RD-eligible can be considered based on experience Experience working with eating disorders is highly valued Compassionate approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client confidentiality
