Job Description
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
Active and valid Alabama Occupational Therapy license/certification School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred Familiarity with IEP-driven service delivery and documentation Strong communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to multitask and manage caseloads independently across multiple locations Commitment to on-site work (remote options are not available)Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct OT services to 50-60 students across four schools Deliver interventions individually, in small groups, and via push-in models, depending on IEP recommendations Implement and document services per frequency guidelines (weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly) Collaborate with special education teams to develop and review IEPs Maintain timely, detailed documentation and progress notes Contribute to a positive, student-centered atmosphere within each school setting Uphold ethical and legal standards in all aspects of practiceBenefits & Perks:
