Job Description
Qualifications and Experience:
Current licensure and certification as an Occupational Therapist Experience working in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation Strong organization, communication, and collaboration skills Ability to adapt interventions to a variety of student needs and learning stylesKey Responsibilities:
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, fostering their independence and participation in school activities Collaborate with teachers and staff at multiple elementary campuses to develop and implement effective intervention strategies Conduct evaluations, write clear and concise reports, and create IEP goals tailored to each student's unique needs Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress Participate in team meetings, ensuring a holistic approach to student support and progressPerks and Benefits:
