Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or paraprofessional experience preferred Experience supporting children with behavioral, cognitive, or health needs Understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is a plus Patient, adaptable, and dedicated to student achievement Able to work independently, manage small caseloads, and communicate effectively with teachers and staff

Primary Responsibilities:

Work closely with life skills and special education teachers to support K-5 students Assist with implementing behavior intervention strategies Support no more than 2-3 students at a time, with daily exposure to 4-5 students Adapt to varied needs across behavior, cognitive, and health spectrums Maintain accurate records and collaborate with educational staff Contribute positively to a safe, inclusive learning environment
