Key Qualifications:

Current and active Occupational Therapist (OT) license Demonstrated experience in a K-12 school setting preferred Ability to provide individualized OT services to pediatric populations Strong organizational skills, especially with documentation and caseload management Excellent interpersonal abilities for collaborating with staff, students, and families Commitment to supporting student success in a multidisciplinary team

Responsibilities:

Deliver direct OT services to approximately 35 elementary-aged students, providing 30 minutes of therapy per week per student Manage roughly 18 direct service hours weekly, with additional time allocated for documentation and IEP meeting participation Assess students' needs and develop individualized interventions to promote access, participation, and performance in the school setting Maintain clear, timely records and contribute actively to IEP documentation and planning Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students' educational goals Provide services onsite at multiple elementary campuses, fostering positive learning environments
