Job Description

Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Occupational Therapist (OT) position at Butte Home Health Inc. is to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to patients in their homes. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapy programs to improve patients' functional abilities and enhance their quality of life. Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in their homes, tailored to individual needs and goals. Conduct thorough assessments to determine patients' functional abilities and develop personalized therapy plans. Implement therapy programs to improve patients' daily living skills, mobility, and overall independence. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies to support ongoing care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes. Stay updated with the latest occupational therapy practices and integrate them into patient care. Required Education:
CA License in
Occupational Therapy Preferred Education:
Clinical experience in a relevant field
Required Experience:
Experience in providing home health occupational therapy services Proven track record of delivering excellent patient care Familiarity with developing personalized therapy plans for patients Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively
Required Skills and Abilities:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Competency in using therapy equipment and technology Commitment to maintaining high standards of professional practice and ethics
