We are hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our team across our Costa Mesa and Los Alamitos clinics. Whether you are early in your career and eager to grow in hand therapy, or an experienced clinician looking for a practice that actually invests in you, we would like to meet you. Why Our Practice Therapist-owned and led. Our owner is a practicing CHT who still treats patients and works alongside the team — not a corporate group or private equity shop. Real mentorship. You will work alongside experienced hand therapists, including clinicians on the CHT track, in an environment built around learning and growing in the specialty. A genuine CHT pathway. If becoming a Certified Hand Therapist is your goal, we support that with continuing education reimbursement and hands-on clinical development. Established and stable. 45+ years in Orange County with a steady referral base and a collaborative, supportive team culture. The Role Evaluate and treat a range of upper extremity and hand therapy diagnoses in an outpatient setting Develop and carry out individualized, evidence-based treatment plans Fabricate orthoses and provide patient education on home programs and injury prevention Document care in our EMR (Prompt) in line with clinical and regulatory standards Collaborate with our clinical team and contribute to a positive patient experience This position may rotate between our Costa Mesa and Los Alamitos clinics as caseload and staffing needs require. Who We're Looking For Current California OT license (or license in process for new graduates) Interest in or experience with hand and upper extremity rehabilitation Open to all experience levels — from motivated new graduates to seasoned hand therapists Reliable, collaborative, and patient-centered Willing to work across our Costa Mesa and Los Alamitos locations as needed Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $42-$52 per hour. Starting rate depends on experience and hand therapy background — newer clinicians start toward the lower end, experienced hand therapists toward the top. Monthly productivity bonus opportunity on top of base pay 80% employer-paid health insurance Two weeks paid vacation and seven paid holidays $500/year continuing education reimbursement If you are looking for a practice where you are a clinician and not a number, we would love to hear from you.
