Qualifications:

Active California Occupational Therapist license required Experience in school-based occupational therapy preferred Proven ability to manage an elementary caseload Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Flexibility to travel between two sites as needed Adaptability within dynamic and changing school environments

Responsibilities:

Evaluate students needs and develop individualized therapy plans Deliver engaging, goal-driven OT interventions tailored to elementary students Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success Maintain timely documentation and contribute to IEP processes Participate in school meetings and provide input on accommodations or modifications Share expertise with educational teams to foster an inclusive environment
