Job Description

Step into a rewarding role as an Occupational Therapist supporting students in a vibrant K-12 educational environment for the entire 2026-27 school year. This onsite, full-time contract position is designed for professionals passionate about making a difference in students school experiences, using their expertise to help learners reach their full potential. Your days will be spent collaborating closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams, all while providing individualized, evidence-based interventions. Qualifications & Experience:
Active California Occupational Therapist license required Relevant experience in school-based settings is highly preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build supportive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds, grades K-12 Committed to ongoing professional growth and collaboration with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive OT assessments for students across general and special education settings Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and educational goals Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state requirements Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure students accommodations and interventions are successful Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise to help guide educational strategies and support
