Independent contractor (1099) home health opportunity with flexible scheduling and per-visit compensation.

Compensation:

$80-$120 per visit , based on experience and visit type. We're seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing Home Health Therapy team. This opportunity allows you to build a schedule around your availability while providing high-quality, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. Coverage Area Including the following areas: South LA / South Bay Gardena, West Athens, Willowbrook, Inglewood, Hawthorne, South Los Angeles, and surrounding areas. Responsibilities Perform home health occupational therapy evaluations and reassessments. Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and functional goals. Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living, safety, upper-extremity function, functional mobility, cognition, and independence. Recommend adaptive equipment, home modifications, and caregiver strategies when appropriate. Establish appropriate therapy frequency and treatment recommendations. Coordinate care with COTAs, physicians, nursing, and the interdisciplinary care team. Provide appropriate supervision and clinical direction to COTAs when applicable. Complete accurate and timely documentation using our electronic documentation system. Manage your assigned geographic territory while maintaining excellent patient outcomes.
