Full-Time Salary:
$95,000-$105,000 annually Protected Daily Documentation Time | Individualized Pediatric Care Build meaningful relationships with children and families in a clinic that values your clinical judgment, creativity, and expertise. Preferred Practice Therapy is seeking a California-licensed Occupational Therapist with at least two years of pediatric experience and hands-on pediatric feeding therapy experience. Our Gardena clinic offers an established caseload, dedicated administrative support, and opportunities to collaborate with speech-language pathologists and physical therapists. Your Role Provide individualized evaluations and treatment for children with developmental, sensory, motor, self-care, and feeding needs.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting pediatric OT evaluations and developing individualized plans of care Creating engaging, play-based treatment sessions Supporting sensory processing and regulation, fine-motor and visual-motor skills, and everyday independence Providing pediatric feeding intervention within your training and OT scope of practice Coaching parents on practical strategies to support progress at home Collaborating with families and other treating clinicians Completing clinical documentation and modifying treatment as children progress Qualifications Active California Occupational Therapist license At least two years of pediatric OT experience Hands-on pediatric feeding therapy experience Strong clinical judgment and communication skills A thoughtful, collaborative approach to working with children, families, and colleagues Schedule and Location This is an in-person position at our Gardena, CA 90248 clinic . Clinic hours are 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m. , with a dedicated one-hour documentation block during the day. Full-time and part-time candidates are welcome. The salary listed applies to the full-time position. Part-time scheduling and compensation will be discussed separately.
