Compensation and Benefits Annual salary of $105-$115,000 , based on experience $2,000 sign-on bonus $1,000 retention bonus after completing one year Seven paid days off annually Six paid company holidays Company pays 50% of the employee-only health insurance premium Consistent salary that is not reduced because of patient cancellations Predictable Monday-Friday clinic schedule Annual compensation and performance review Long-term professional growth opportunities A Manageable Pediatric Caseload Our therapists typically see only six to seven children per day . There is a dedicated work hour each workday for documentation, treatment planning, parent communication, and or collaboration with the clinical team.
