Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license Solid background in school-based OT settings Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt therapy techniques for a range of ages and needs Team player who collaborates effectively with teachers, support staff, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct OT services to students based on IEP goals Evaluate, assess, and document students progress Collaborate with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams Design and implement interventions tailored to each students needs Assist in creating inclusive and accessible learning environments Travel between two designated school sites within your weekly schedule Manage a 40-hour work week dedicated to student therapy and related activities
