Qualifications & Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapy license for California Previous experience delivering OT services in school environments Familiarity with IEP processes and school-based documentation Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams Ability to manage a full-time caseload and adjust to different student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as outlined in their individual plans Conduct assessments and contribute to IEP meetings with clear goals and recommendations Implement activities and interventions tailored to each childs developmental needs and academic goals Maintain accurate records and timely reporting for compliance and progress monitoring Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to provide holistic support and effective strategies Adapt to a dynamic school environment while fostering a positive, inclusive atmosphere This contract assignment offers the chance to work 40 hours per week in a supportive educational community, focusing exclusively on school-based occupational therapy.
