Key Qualifications:

Active CA licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in a school setting preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication and organizational skills Adaptable and proactive, able to manage a flexible caseload Commitment to upholding student privacy and ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide direct individual and group occupational therapy services to students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to develop and implement IEPs Support students ability to access the educational curriculum through tailored interventions Supervise and provide guidance to the assigned COTA Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and services rendered Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and assessments as needed Benefit from a supportive school community and the chance to build meaningful professional relationships.
