Available for qualified candidates Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and rehabilitation needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical findings, and functional limitations. Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve patients' strength, coordination, mobility, and ability to perform activities of daily living. Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, home programs, and assistive equipment. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, therapy assistants, and other members of the multidisciplinary healthcare team. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program . Current and active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license . NBCOT certification or eligibility, as applicable. Previous clinical experience is preferred. Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
